We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner to join our dedicated teaching team from September 2026.
This post offers an exciting opportunity to teach within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Final year group placement will be determined following the recruitment process, taking into account the strengths, experience and expertise of the successful candidate, alongside the needs of the school.
Why join High Meadow?

- Visible, approachable leaders who value staff wellbeing
- High-quality professional development, mentoring and coaching
- Opportunities to lead and develop curriculum areas
- A rich, engaging and research-informed curriculum
- Strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- A school that values both hard work and work-life balance
Our curriculum combines strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics with creativity, curiosity and memorable experiences. Continuous Provision principles support a smooth transition from Early Years into Key Stage 1, helping children develop independence, resilience and deep learning behaviours while maintaining ambitious expectations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent teacher with high expectations for all pupils
- Is passionate about education and committed to continual improvement
- Can plan and deliver engaging, purposeful lessons with clear outcomes
- Understands how to secure strong progress for all learners
