Our Communication and Behaviour Incident Guidance for Parents and Carers sets out how we communicate with families and how we manage, investigate and respond to incidents involving children. It also outlines the expectations we have for communication, ensuring that concerns are handled fairly, calmly and with the wellbeing of all children in mind.
